Still nothing from this company! Absolutely unbelievable, most unprofessional company in the Sanitation industry by far! Poop pumpers of the worse kind! Ownership must be a bunch of cowards! Cant even pay their own bills that is why they were kicked off over 12 jobs this year alone! Go look at their AAA rating, paiasos
Update: October 19th
I was told by the lady at the front desk to send a receipt after purchasing a new radio and Battery (cost over $500). As you can see I sent the receipt immediately after purchase. I sent it twice and she never responded so I called her and was told the owner is out of the country having Nose Surgery and doesn’t believe her driver caused this accident. As you can see by the tire tracks, the clean porta potty seconds later and the response to purchase and then turning face is proof enough they are at fault. She then told me to take down this review “or else” and that because of this review even when the owner returns they will not reimburse us!
Update 10-16-2023
The driver showed up at the job site after closing the fence and assaulted an employee! He started throwing up gang signs and speaking gangster to our lead foreman!
After following up weeks later about reimbursement for my Jobsite radio they ran over I was cussed out with extremely harsh language and then hung up on by the front office lady! I did exactly what she requested, I bought a new one, and then we even emailed the receipt and pictures! But since I refused to take down the truthful review as per her aggressive request! They are refusing reimbursement!
I will not be extorted for a problem they created! This company is run and owned by trash! They have been kicked off of our jobsite and a small claims suit was filed at 8:30 this morning. They don’t even service their porta-potty on time! The dangerous driver comes on-site doing 20mph on a small project. I’ve also reported them to the health department and sanitation department for failure to adequately service their rentals ina timely manner. Averaging about every month with a full crew of 12 guys working daily. See below!
NEVER HIRE A COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. MISTAKES HAPPEN, BUT AVOIDING RESPONSIBILITY IS NEGLIGENCE
